SHISEIDO is offering an Assistant Product Marketing Manager Internship within its French Operational Marketing team, focusing on the US brands NARS & Drunk Elephant. In this role, you will support Marketing Product Managers in their daily missions to develop these brands in the French market, actively participating in new product launches and various activations.
What You'll Do
- Update strategic and operational brand tools: marketing plan presentations, assortment & pricing data, campaign tools, merchandising information, and distribution updates.
- Update the annual consumer brand plan and manage driving means.
- Prepare Flash MOP reports and provide operational marketing support, including ordering pre-series marketing needs and supporting the distribution of marketing materials.
- Support field tools and needs, handle retailer requests, and assist in organizing events for partners like Sephora and department stores.
- Develop and pitch a project, complete with a budget and operational implementation plan.
- Manage merchandising for NARS: develop Sephora gondola visuals, follow up on shipments, and place orders for point-of-sale updates and installations.
- Provide brand reporting support, including competitive intelligence, qualitative analysis, monthly sell-out reports, campaign reports for Europe, and monthly price audits.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education (Bac+4/5), such as business school or university.
- A first 6-month experience in operational marketing is desirable.
- Rigorous, proactive, autonomous, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Pack (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both French and English.

- Particular sensitivity for makeup and skincare products.
