SHISEIDO is looking for an Assistant Product Marketing Development - Perfumes intern. You will be part of the Marketing Development team and play an active role in deploying future projects for our portfolio of perfume brands.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the construction of N+2 marketing plans, including creative thinking on new concepts, product design, and inspiration boards.
- Track new product development, from launch mock-ups and execution documents to factory follow-ups.
- Create briefs for 360° partners and external agencies.
- Support 360° campaign management and coordinate with teams like Communication, Retail, Purchasing, and Operational Marketing.
- Analyze brand performance, conduct market research, and monitor competitor activity.
- Participate in and organize photoshoots with external agencies and studios.
- Respond to specific requests from markets and expert services.
- Prepare communication materials and presentations.
- Help organize internal meetings and support presentation materials.
- Assist in organizing the International Seminar, including creating presentation support, managing mock-ups and point-of-sale materials, and coordinating between departments.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a bac +4/5 degree from a business school or university.
- Organized, rigorous, and a team player.
- Demonstrates high standards in your work and possesses creative qualities.
- Strong curiosity and affinity for the perfumes and cosmetics sectors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English.
