Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing online product platforms across web and mobile, including functional planning, page prototyping, and requirement gathering.
- Improve current digital products offered in Egypt and the GCC region.
- Oversee digital content across all platform types.
- Integrate newly acquired content into existing product offerings.
- Perform user acceptance testing for both new and existing products prior to launch and during updates.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, customer satisfaction levels, and customer retention rates.
- Carry out market research and assess competitor strategies.
- Continuously refine customer journeys, user experience, and interface flows while considering profitability, usability, and accessibility standards, along with industry benchmarks.
- Track and analyze product performance data, including customer feedback and loyalty indicators.

- Ingest the new Acquired content on the products.

- Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product related performance, measurement of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
- Conduct Market research and competitive analysis.
- Constant optimization of customer journeys, UX and flow while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics and accessibility, and benchmark of competitors.
