Digital Virgo is hiring an Assistant Product Manager

The Assistant Product Manager position is based in Cairo, the role is full-time. Scope of work covers the following: - Support in Managing our online products platforms (web and mobile) and assist in the design: functional scope, prototyping of pages, expression of needs. - Enhancing the already existing products in Egypt and GCC area. - Manage the Digital Content available on all different platforms. - Ingest the new Acquired content on the products. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing: for new products before launch, and already existing products. - Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product related performance, measurement of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty. - Conduct Market research and competitive analysis. - Constant optimization of customer journeys, UX and flow while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics and accessibility, and benchmark of competitors. - Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product related performance, measurement of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
