About the Role

U-Haul International, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Moving Center Manager to manage day-to-day operations, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This hands-on role involves making operational decisions, training, and performing a variety of tasks to support our moving center.

What You'll Do

  • Run daily operations of the center in the General Manager’s absence.
  • Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources effectively.
  • Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and high-quality care.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers.
  • Participate in ongoing, continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
  • Leadership experience in any form.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Team & Environment

You will work as part of an excellent team and report directly to the General Manager.
