Strada India Private Limited seeks an Assistant Manager - Statutory & Tax. Reporting to the Tax Operations Senior Manager, you will play a key role in managing comprehensive tax compliance and reporting activities for global operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage tax compliance for several global jurisdictions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide requested information to external advisors
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to prepare tax notes for the financial statements
- Review tax filings and tax payment calculations prepared by external advisor
- Support local statutory audits, group audits, and local tax authority audits
- Assist with the group tax provision under US GAAP
- Assist with transfer pricing master and local files
- Assist with Country-by-Country reporting and Pillar 2 reporting
- Monitor regulatory developments
What We're Looking For
- Commerce Graduate
- 5+ years of relevant experience
