Kingdom Homes is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to manage the complete acquisitions process for assigned properties, from first contact through deal closing. You'll be responsible for analyzing property profitability, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth transactions, all within a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Establish connections with property sellers, foster relationships, and collect essential property details.
- Assess properties by comparing them with comparable sales to determine market value, ARV, and potential profitability.
- Negotiate purchase terms with sellers, skillfully navigating a range of personalities and complex situations.
- Organize and manage property viewings for buyers, sellers, and agents, often handling multiple tours concurrently.
- Conduct sensitive discussions to reassess pricing when initial offers are excessive.
- Serve as the primary contact for sellers, providing ongoing updates to foster trust and facilitate a seamless process.
- Use Monday.com to monitor leads and transactions, ensuring data is accurately and promptly recorded.
