I. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining precise account and stock information while managing the department's internal compliance function.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (in order of priority)
• Validate input forms from clerks, processing account information, stock details, account closures, and credit facility updates
• Perform customer stock maintenance including:
- All Buy Transaction Report For Special Class
- Share deposit transactions by Settlement Team
- Authorize Teller System transactions and complete end-of-day system proofing
• Monitor customer share financing positions and trigger SMS approval for exceeded accounts
• Check reports for Monitoring of GBF stock with price declines of 10% or more
• Update daily customer and stock information in SMS
• Review credit sheets from Loans Operation, verify pledge document completeness, update SMS
• Conduct daily statement and report reconciliations
• Process shareholding information requests from listed companies and regulatory authorities
• Check securities account information and stock balances for Account Services Department
• Register/discharge "Deed of Charge over Securities" with Companies Registry
• Handle uncollected bank fee follow-ups
• Prepare monthly statistics and regular reporting
• Manage semi-annual safe custody fee collection
• Update List of Acceptable Securities and monitor GBF stocks
• Process customer statement reprints
• Update pledge stocks in SMS and manage exceptional stock maintenance
• Handle IPO system processing and stock code creations
• Perform intra-day and portfolio revaluations
• Review IPO financing agreements
• Support departmental projects: UAT, compliance updates, Business Continuity Program
• Manage document filing, retention, and inventory checks
• Provide administrative support to Manager and Assistant Vice President
• Handle branch phone inquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:
University Degree in Business/Banking/Finance (Relevant experience can compensate)
