Position Summary Role and Responsibilities • Own and drive global product group plans to hit company objectives. This means defining killer strategies, product management, and implementing marketing plans that actually move the needle. You'll coordinate with advertising agencies, dive deep into sales trends, and use innovative marketing approaches to boost sales targets and market share • Manage the entire product lifecycle from pre-launch through post-launch. This involves tight coordination between trade marketing, supply chain, sales, and retail teams. You'll ensure operational excellence, control marketing budgets, and carry P&L responsibility for your product categories • Continuously monitor and evaluate marketing activities, recommending improvements when opportunities emerge • Champion all marketing initiatives for your assigned product category, including new product launches • Craft and execute localized marketing strategies that resonate with specific market dynamics • Flexibly handle additional responsibilities as directed by management Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required, with Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred • 5-7 years of comprehensive marketing experience, preferably in mobile industry/device management • Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical capabilities • Ability to translate market insights into strategic business plans • Deep understanding of consumer market marketing dynamics • Personal qualities: stress-resilient, driven, well-organized, challenge-oriented, and an exceptional problem solver • Creative, self-motivated, with high initiative and results-focused mindset • Sharp business management skills: analytical, decisive, and action-oriented • Thrives in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency • Excellent English communication skills, with proficiency in Thai presentation skills • Advanced computer literacy, especially in MS PowerPoint and Excel * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
