Samsung Electronics America is hiring an Assistant Manager, MX Product Management (Innovation Products). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing global plans for an assigned product group to meet company objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute global plans for your assigned product group by defining strategies and managing products.
- Implement marketing plans, promotions, media plans, and manage the marketing budget.
- Interact with advertising agencies and analyze sales trends using innovative marketing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end Product Life Cycle, including Pre-launch, Launch, and After-launch phases.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing, SCM, Sales, and Retail teams.
- Ensure operational excellence through input into business management.
- Manage marketing budget and have P&L responsibility for assigned categories.
- Monitor and evaluate activities to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Implement and oversee all marketing initiatives within your product category, including new product launches.
- Create and analyze marketing strategies for local markets and execute appropriate marketing plans.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, product management, or trade/channel marketing in related industries or competitive companies.
- Ability to disseminate market information and provide strategic business plans.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing to consumer markets.
- Stress tolerance, drive, being well-organized, a love for challenges, and strong problem-solving skills.
- A creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong business management, analytical, decisive, and action-oriented capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent computer literacy, especially with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience from the Mobile industry and/or Mobile device management.
- Good analytical, mathematical, and statistical abilities.
- Excellent Presentation skills in both Thai and English.
