Samsung Electronics America is hiring an Assistant Manager for its CE KAM eStore team. This role is focused on maximizing sales and achieving market leadership by developing a deep understanding of the assigned region and accounts. You will analyze internal and external resources to craft strategies that meet our business goals.
What You'll Do
- Maximize sales through a thorough understanding of your assigned region and accounts.
- Seek and maintain market leadership by understanding the value chain of online and traditional business and managing distribution trends.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies by analyzing internal and external resources.
- Increase the customer base by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.
- Participate in organizational management and build relationships with various accounts to lead market change.
- Manage order intake, sales out, shipping methods, and inventory to control weekly, monthly, and annual revenue.
- Provide an enhanced user experience to create and stimulate sales from online stores.
What We're Looking For
- This position is open only for employees currently based in Colombia.
- You must have 12 months of seniority within the same subsidiary or 36 months if from a different subsidiary.
- You must have spent at least 12 months in your current position with no disciplinary action in the last 12 months.
- Your performance review ratings from the last 3 years must be: Meets, Exceeds Some, or Exceeds Most.
- You must have spoken with your Direct Manager and have your Individual Development Plan (IDP) updated based on your career aspirations.
