Crypto.com is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager specializing in Data & Process Automation to join its Accounting team. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing automation solutions to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and streamline existing financial and accounting processes
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve data accuracy and reduce manual work
- Collaborate with the accounting team to integrate new tools and workflows
- Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in finance or accounting with a focus on process improvement
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with financial data systems
- Knowledge of process automation concepts and tools
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
