Groupe Clarins - Clarins Group was looking for an Assistant E-store Project Manager

Groupe Clarins is hiring an Assistant E-store Project Manager for an apprenticeship (Alternance) starting September 2026. You will be integrated into the Digital team of the French subsidiary, within the E-commerce & CRM division, to contribute to the development of e-commerce sales as part of an omnichannel approach.

What You'll Do

  • Manage promotional offers on clarins.fr: track and publish the commercial animation plan, configure offers, and integrate content.
  • Monitor GWP (Gift With Purchase) stock levels for various campaigns.
  • Oversee the daily management of the SFCC Back-Office, executing routine site animation tasks.
  • Optimize E-merchandising by defining site highlights and ensuring their alignment with seasonality and key commercial periods.
  • Create and optimize category pages.
  • Improve internal search results to enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive continuous conversion rate optimization by identifying business opportunities and deploying solutions with the team.
  • Manage content creation: draft creative briefs and coordinate with the graphic designer for visual production.
  • Provide regular feedback on our OMI modeling platform.
  • Write copy for promotional offers tied to annual themes and key events.
  • Ensure content consistency (visuals and text) across all E-store, CRM, and Acquisition channels.
  • Track performance via daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key e-commerce performance indicators.
  • Monitor the performance of commercial operations by producing reports.
  • Participate in KPI analysis and recommendation development.

Team & Environment

You will be integrated into the Digital team of the French subsidiary, within the E-commerce & CRM division, reporting to the E-store Project Manager.

Work Mode

This role is onsite in Paris.
