Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics is hiring an Assistant Coach for Men's Lacrosse to support our Division I Big Ten program. In this role, you will assist the Head Coach in all facets of the program, focusing on recruiting, coaching, and developing student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, coach, develop, motivate, and evaluate academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.
- Ensure compliance with administrative processes for team travel, recruiting travel, budget, student-athlete eligibility, and academic progress.
- Manage alumni relations.
- Participate in fundraising and community service efforts as assigned.
- Assist in coordination with Communications staff to provide information to media and prepare web-based and written material.
- Commit fully to the mission statements of the University and Department, including the vision to prepare students for a lifetime of impact.
