Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics is hiring an Assistant Coach, Football. In this role, you will assist the Head Coach of a Division I Big Ten program in all aspects of running a successful football program, including recruiting, coaching, developing, motivating, and evaluating academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.
What You'll Do
- Assist in all aspects of the Football program including recruiting, coaching, developing, motivating, and evaluating student-athletes.
- Ensure compliance with administrative processes for team travel, recruiting travel, budget, student-athlete eligibility, and academic progress.
- Manage alumni relations.
- Participate in fundraising and community service efforts as assigned.
- Assist in coordinating with Communications staff to provide information to media and prepare web-based and written material.
- Commit to comply fully with the mission statements of the University and Department.

- Bachelor's Degree
- One year of related experience

- Division 1 coaching and/or playing experience
