What You'll Do
Take ownership of multiple asset management agreements for photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems, ensuring assets operate efficiently, meet regulatory standards, and deliver value to clients. Develop annual business plans, monitor performance, and maintain risk registers to support reliable operations.
Ensure compliance with obligations under the National Electricity Rules and with bodies such as AEMO, AER, and CER through structured, auditable processes. Oversee defect resolution, contract adherence, and accurate reporting on budgets, documentation, and project status.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, landowners, community representatives, and internal teams. Promote transparent communication, timely financial settlements, and proactive issue resolution. Lead by example in fostering a strong safety culture and risk-aware decision-making across all activities.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in asset management, including involvement during early operational phases
- Proven ability in managing client relationships and engaging diverse stakeholders
- Solid understanding of renewable energy systems and the commercial and technical dynamics of the National Electricity Market
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Track record in managing contracts and third-party contractors
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Law, Finance, or a related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
A postgraduate degree is advantageous but not required.
