Yazaki is hiring an Asset Analyst to be responsible for the control, accuracy, and financial integrity of the company's fixed assets. This position ensures proper capitalization, depreciation, documentation compliance, and reporting across group companies, while supporting audits, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and capitalization processes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update the asset databases for the Group's companies.
- Provide support to various users in the maintenance and generation of fixed asset reports.
- Monitor fixed assets using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare consolidation files and operational reports for management.
- Track documents related to fixed assets (invoices, customs documents, etc.) for storage and custody.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and administration teams to improve fixed asset records.
- Identify risks and opportunities affecting asset value.
- Prepare presentations or summaries of analysis for decision-makers.
- Evaluate investment, acquisition, or divestiture opportunities.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis related to assets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Accountant, or a related field.
- No specific certification required.
Nice to Have
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a financial office role.
- Preferably an intermediate level of English.
- Availability to travel locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
