Sonoco is looking for an Assembler 1 for our 2nd shift operations in Carrollton, GA. You will be responsible for assembling parts to produce products, performing work under direct supervision, handling basic issues, and referring more complex issues to higher-level staff. What You'll Do
- Study assembly instructions
- Gather and prepare parts and tools
- Assemble components following instructions
- Resolve assembly problems and notify supervisors for additional sources
- Maintain inventory level
- Keep equipment and tools in good condition
What We're Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Computer skills
- Manual dexterity
