ARRISE is hiring a detail-oriented professional to join our ecosystem team, focusing on the player journey outside and inside our games. Reporting to the Promotions & Marketing Director, you will be the critical link ensuring our products are simple, intuitive, and fun through hands-on testing, analysis, and strategic insight.
What You'll Do
- Define and document clear playtesting, sampling, and sanity checking processes.
- Playtest features pre-launch and provide critical feedback, including checks on actual operator sites.
- Act as a point of escalation to investigate issues reported by the business or found during playtest and UAT.
- Follow up on issues, track resolutions, verify fixes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze testing and deployment cycles versus expectations and formulate improvement suggestions.
- Partner with the product team to suggest new features and improvements based on recent releases.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
- Work with the Lobby Analyst to interpret user behaviour data and identify opportunities for featured content, game ordering, assets, and layout.
- Analyze the user journey in the lobby for intuitiveness and fun.
- Scrutinize data inputs for lobby information, checking filters, categories, subcategories, and search results.
- Frequently review competitor releases and features from a player's perspective.
- Playtest competitor features and compare them to our product.
- Document analysis methods and establish repeatable evaluation processes.
- Deliver thoughtful competitive analysis by evaluating competitor products, anticipating their direction, and offering suggestions for our ecosystem.
- Present findings to various audiences with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Analyze adjacent industries and products for potential incorporation into our ecosystem.
- Support product in creating clear business cases for new features and developments.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to craft compelling sales pitches around our lobby features.
- Help build and maintain pitch materials, competitive decks, and demo environments.
- Monitor and suggest how operators may better utilize our lobby tools.
- Gather and synthesize Commercial team feedback on client and player experiences to distill into future improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience performing competitive analyses and preparing actionable presentations of the information.
- Experience with user acceptance testing and playtesting, and preparing actionable results.
- Experience using software development or productivity tools to systematically log detailed issues and track them to resolution.
- Mastery over the Office Suite and digital design products to clearly communicate ideas.
- A love for using digital products and playtesting, with the mindset of a player.
- Exceptionally well-organized, bringing method and structure to your approach.
- Extremely analytical mindset.
- Obsession with details and optimizations.
- Ability to discuss constructively and diplomatically with stakeholders.
- Openness and flexibility to adjust views on the fly.
- Expert visual and verbal communication skills.

- Native or completely fluent English speaker.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the gaming industry.
- Experience testing and/or playtesting games and other digital products.
- Some technical background or knowledge.
