Outsourced Doers is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to implement proven AI automations that drive business results. You will leverage structured templates and real Founder business data to configure booking bots and custom GPTs, helping transition businesses to a smarter, AI-enabled future.
What You'll Do
- Implement pre-built AI automations using tools like Make.com, GPTs, and WhatsApp flows.
- Customize prompt logic and tone based on specific Founder business data.
- Test and QA each automation for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with DSLs and Doing Teams to ensure fit and effectiveness.
- Help Founders future-proof their businesses using structured, templated AI.
What We're Looking For
- Experience using Make.com or similar automation platforms.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and Claude.
- Strong logic, prompt-writing skills, and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL), 11 Labs, or the WhatsApp API.
- Background in client success, virtual assistant workflows, or automation tools.
