Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for an ARN Network Operations Manager to oversee and optimize a regional network of vehicle repairers, ensuring high performance, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with scope for leadership and professional development.
What You'll Do
- Manage and monitor daily performance of repairers within the designated region to meet client SLAs and business requirements.
- Onboard new repairers to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and service standards.
- Use reporting tools and data analysis to identify performance trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Support compliance, documentation, and audit requirements across the network.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with repairers and stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and represent the network at client meetings.
- Drive initiatives to maintain and enhance overall network efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the collision repair or automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of repair processes, methods, and standards.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage workload and multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in IT tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with estimating systems such as Audatex is desirable.
