INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring an Argentina Regional Sales Manager to lead our Southern Cone food ingredients and food colours business. You will be responsible for planning and executing national business development strategies, growing sales and profitability, and representing the company with clients across the region.
What You'll Do
- Grow sales and profitability by prioritizing and capturing significant new customers and increasing revenue with existing clients.
- Develop and articulate a sales and marketing vision and rally the sales force behind it.
- Represent the company with clients as a lead 'client-care officer' and facilitate the positive resolution of account challenges.
- Translate client needs into marketable service enhancements and collaborate with management to design and market new services.
- Maintain and enhance the company culture and core values.
- Develop quantifiable value propositions tailored to individual client needs.
- Be accountable for individual strategic sales, profitable growth, and meeting monthly and annual production goals.
- Accurately assess the performance and fit of team members and be willing to make changes as necessary.
- Mentor, train, and retain department team members and assist in recruiting sales and marketing professionals.
- Evolve marketing materials and collateral, and lead event planning, advertising, and sponsorships.
- Promote the highest quality image with employees, customers, vendors, and the community.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, attend conferences, and focus on company growth objectives.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 10+ years of managerial experience in sales & marketing.
- A successful track record of building sales and profitability in a food ingredient business.
- Proven experience creating and executing high-growth strategies in the food ingredient industry.
- Proven ability to quantify, demonstrate, and prove value to clients continually.
- A customer-focused mindset with experience working directly with a wide range of clients.
- Experience developing marketing plans and materials.
- Strategic acumen to identify and plan for capabilities and talent to support aggressive growth.
- Proven experience managing and motivating a team while focused on direct selling.
- Proficiency in RFP interpretation and response.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and instincts.
- Excellent salesmanship, communication, and interpersonal skills; a consummate networker.
- Ability to interface with colleagues and customers at all levels.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, enabling open and effective dialog.
- Ability to lead by example, mentor, coach, and develop sales and marketing staff.
- Possesses drive, motivation, passion, and an exceptional personal work ethic; upholds the highest ethical standards.
- Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously.

- Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office and CRM software like Salesforce or Act.
- Experience managing business in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia.
