What You'll Do
Take full ownership of a designated territory across Southern California, focusing on expanding market presence and increasing revenue for a portfolio of advanced aesthetic laser systems. Plan and execute strategic outreach through field visits, remote engagement, and organized route management to identify and convert high-potential leads.
Build trusted relationships with physicians, practice managers, and other key stakeholders in medical spas and clinics. Understand their operational and clinical challenges, then guide them through a consultative sales process that emphasizes long-term value, clinical outcomes, and return on investment.
Deliver product demonstrations and educational sessions that highlight safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and key opinion leader gatherings to strengthen visibility and generate qualified leads. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records, ensuring transparency with leadership on pipeline health and territory performance.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience selling capital equipment, ideally within the medical aesthetics or laser technology space
- Proven success exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, travel, and a dynamic sales pipeline efficiently
- Familiarity with the Southern California market and established networks in the aesthetics industry a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to travel 50–75% of the time
- Physical ability to transport and position equipment, including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing, bending, or moving during demonstrations
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet client demands
