What You'll Do
Shape and execute a regional business strategy focused on expanding market share across Emilia-Romagna. You'll identify and bring on new distribution partners, targeting key verticals and ensuring strong regional coverage. Managing multiple initiatives at once, you’ll ensure strategic alignment with company goals while adapting to evolving market dynamics.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in the electronic security sector or a related field
- Proven success in sales within the Emilia-Romagna region, particularly in cities like Parma and Bologna
- Firm understanding of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems
- Experience guiding deals from initial contact through to closure
- Strong ability to design and deploy effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging decision-makers
- Skilled in interpreting market data to anticipate customer needs and shape solutions
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
