Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for large-scale hyperscale cloud and colocation data center projects from initial concept through construction administration and project closeout.
- Work closely with internal engineering teams, construction personnel, and external stakeholders to deliver fully coordinated and integrated design solutions.
- Produce and evaluate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents, ensuring alignment with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to support timely project delivery and compliance with permitting regulations.
- Act as the architectural expert for hyperscale and colocation clients, focusing on operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term reliability in facility design.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff to promote technical growth and innovative design practices.
- Stay current with evolving industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in data center architecture.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal preparation and conceptual design work for prospective projects.
