About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of operational technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning technical execution with strategic goals, and maintaining safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of OT projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Ensure compliance with industrial control system standards
- Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee integration of OT systems with existing infrastructure
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and progress reporting
- Monitor project performance against KPIs
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods
- Support procurement and vendor management for OT solutions
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and changes
- Collaborate with IT teams on network and security requirements
- Lead change management processes for OT deployments
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks for industrial systems
