HRL Laboratories is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Arcadia Gateway team. You will be responsible for leading the engineering vision, strategy, and execution for our gateway systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and meet the needs of complex platform requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical direction, architecture, and development of gateway systems.
- Manage and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineering teams and stakeholders to define requirements and integrate systems.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and operational excellence.
