Jobgether is hiring an AR Specialist IV to join our finance team. In this remote role, you will manage a portfolio of high-volume and strategic accounts, ensuring accurate account maintenance and timely collections. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, analyzing financial data, and delivering insights to improve collections and cash flow.

What You'll Do

Prepare and analyze customer statements and aging reports, identifying habitually delinquent accounts.
Contact customers to collect payments, offering solutions or adjustments to resolve past-due balances while maintaining relationships.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies with accurate documentation.
Conduct detailed account reconciliations for billing and cash application issues at corporate, property, or product levels.
Organize and lead meetings with customers to review past-due accounts and provide strategic resolution plans.
Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to resolve outstanding balance issues and ensure accurate reporting.
Maintain expertise in AR processes and provide guidance or training to junior team members.

What We're Looking For

4–6 years of accounts receivable or finance-related experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
Proficiency with multiple financial software systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to clients or internal teams.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
