MezTal is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in AR processes, who has worked with U.S.-based companies, understands US GAAP, and is comfortable operating in a bilingual environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments and resolution of discrepancies.
- Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients and internal teams to manage outstanding receivables.
- Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing and collections procedures.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company financial policies.
- Support audits and provide documentation as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles.
- Experience working with U.S. clients or companies.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Intermediate to advanced English skills (spoken and written).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Ability to work hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

- Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare billing or insurance processes.
