Liberty Music PR is seeking an A&R Account Executive to discover exciting talent and champion our PR services. You will scout promising artists, pitch and close deals, and be the primary guide for artists throughout their campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Scout and evaluate emerging artists via Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, and social media.
- Run high-impact outreach, tailor the value proposition, and close deals with artists, labels, and managers.
- Be the primary point of contact, steering artists through PR campaigns.
- Nurture repeat business and referrals through results and transparency.
- Brief internal teams on artist goals to ensure flawless delivery.
- Add and manage leads in the CRM; keep notes clean and up-to-date.
- Track trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok to give artists relevant advice.
What We're Looking For
- A real love of music and the people who make it.
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in lead generation or prospecting.
- Resilience and a healthy attitude to rejection.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-starter energy: ability to set and follow your own daily routine.
Nice to Have
- Industry experience is a plus.
- CRM experience is a plus.
