Liberty Music PR is looking for an A&R Sales Representative to discover and partner with emerging artists. You will scout talent, pitch our PR services, and be the main guide for artists throughout their campaigns, building long-term trust and ownership of these relationships.
What You'll Do
- Find and evaluate emerging artists via Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, and social media.
- Run high-impact outreach, tailor the value proposition, and close deals with artists, labels, and managers.
- Be the primary point of contact, steering artists through PR campaigns with clarity and care.
- Nurture repeat business and referrals through results and transparency.
- Brief internal teams on artist goals to ensure flawless delivery.
- Add and manage leads in the CRM; keep notes clean and up-to-date.
- Track trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok to give artists relevant, actionable advice.
What We're Looking For
- A real love of music and the people who make it.
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in lead generation and prospecting.
- Resilience and a healthy attitude to rejection.
- Project management superpowers and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-starter energy: you set and follow your own daily routine.

- CRM experience is a plus.
