As Germany's largest Landesbank, we offer a structured 2.5-year program where you will support daily operations as an assistant, process international business documents, and work within various sales areas.
What You'll Do
- Perform organizational and administrative tasks for the 'Assistance & Secretariat' qualification, including coordinating appointments, managing business travel, creating minutes and presentations, and handling telephone correspondence.
- Gain insights into private and corporate customer business during the elective 'Marketing & Sales' qualification.
- Work on projects, plan events, handle public relations work, and ensure smooth organizational processes.
- Manage customer communication and process orders as an assistant or in central sales support, requiring direct customer contact in German and English.
What We're Looking For
- A medium school leaving certificate (mittlerer Bildungsabschluss) or Abitur/Fachhochschulreife.
Benefits & Compensation
- Attractive monthly remuneration of €1,346 to €1,470, paid as 14 monthly salaries per year.
