About the Role

First Intuition is hiring an Apprenticeship Administrator for a 3-month fixed-term contract, concluding on December 18th. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery and compliance of apprenticeship programmes, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do

  • Set up new learners on LMS systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry to support learner journeys.
  • Review Off-the-Job (OTJ) training timesheets prior to completion to ensure compliance.
  • Review timesheets on a quarterly basis and report on common findings.
  • Maintain and update key administrative trackers.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the team with general administrative duties and contribute to the continuous improvement of admin processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally via email and in person.
  • Willingness to learn about apprenticeships and compliance requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Previous administrative experience in an office, education, or training environment.
  • Familiarity with off-the-job training or apprenticeship documentation.
  • Understanding of the apprenticeship landscape or ESFA requirements.
