Liebherr International Group is seeking an Apprentice Market Analyst (H/F) to join the After-Sales Service (SAV) department starting in September 2026. In this role, you will conduct an in-depth analysis of after-sales service strategies within the diesel engine market, structuring and synthesizing your findings to formulate actionable recommendations for internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Analyze competitor warranty offerings, including duration, extensions, conditions, and exclusions.
- Study models for technical support, such as self-service options, direct support, and the geographic coverage of service centers.
- Analyze competitor training catalogs, formats, and positioning.
- Study price levels of critical components.
- Analyze competitors' overall after-sales service strategies and projects.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac +5 level education from an engineering school or master's program.
- A marked interest in market analysis, strategy, and industrial environments.
- A good understanding of after-sales services and industrial markets.
- The ability to analyze complex data, synthesize it, and formulate clear recommendations.
- Proficiency with office tools, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Rigor, an analytical mind, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and autonomy.
Nice to Have
- Mastery of English and German.

Team & Environment
You will join an After-Sales Service department at a site with approximately 320 employees. You will be integrated into the team and supervised by an experienced tutor who will provide structured support.
