Join Bausch + Lomb's finance service as an Apprentice in Management Control. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience supporting the finance team across a range of activities, including general accounting, internal control procedures, and management reporting.
What You'll Do
- Support general accounting activities, including account reconciliations and analyses.
- Participate in internal control processes by preparing reviews and helping implement procedures.
- Assist with customer credit management through account analyses and litigation file support.
- Monitor operational expenses for areas such as marketing and sales force.
- Contribute to management control tasks, including budget preparation and activity reviews.
- Support audit preparation efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Formal training in finance or management control.
- Professional experience gained through internship(s) or summer job(s).
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Pack, with expertise in Excel.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong personal qualities: rigor, autonomy, initiative, and teamwork.
