Dental Media Corp is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this fully remote, high-volume, high-reward role, you will be responsible for converting qualified, warm leads into booked appointments for our dental practice partners. We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
What You'll Do
- Make 100-140+ outbound calls daily to warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Convert interested prospects into booked appointments for dental practice partners.
- Follow up persistently and strategically with leads through multiple touchpoints.
- Navigate objections with confidence and professionalism to secure commitments.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM system and track all interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of proven B2C or B2B sales experience with documented success.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.
- Clear spoken English that is easy to understand for North American callers.
- Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain persistent follow-up strategies.
- Expert-level phone skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong computer skills and CRM experience.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
- Highly efficient in managing time and maximizing productivity.
