Eightx is hiring an Appointment Setter to connect with potential clients for our high-ticket financial services. In this remote role, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, introducing our services and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Thoroughly research leads and create value sequences in the appointment setting process.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce Eightx's services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure a successful appointment.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain an organized calendar.
- Track and report on outreach efforts and appointment setting metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle objections and engage clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Go High Level and lead management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of finance or related industries is beneficial, but not essential.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $8-15 per hour plus commission on booked calls and sales closed.
