RemoteVA PH is hiring an Appointment Setter to drive deal flow in the commercial real estate sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with commercial real estate developers, brokers, and investors through proactive outreach.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up outreach to generate new leads.
- Research prospects and build tailored outreach sequences using provided templates.
- Manage LinkedIn and email campaigns to engage target contacts.
- Maintain a clean CRM with detailed notes on all prospect touchpoints.
- Schedule appointments and ensure confirmations and handoffs to the sales team.
- Join weekly team syncs to review performance and adjust your approach.
What We're Looking For
- Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven work ethic, able to execute consistently without close oversight.
- Collaborative approach with a sales team and willingness to share feedback.
- Ability to maintain organized records and ensure messaging accuracy.
- Track and improve KPIs based on weekly performance reviews.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a professional tone.
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Sales & Business Development department, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Benefits & Compensation
- Permanent work-from-home, full-time position.
- Eligibility for performance bonuses after 90 days.
- Paid trial project before full onboarding.
- Compensation: $3–$4/hour base pay, dependent on experience and fluency.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote global position. Candidates based in LATAM or Southeast Asia are preferred.
