Responsibilities
- Design agents that process incoming messages and generate accurate, context-aware responses quickly, with human oversight
- Build and maintain a unified messaging system spanning warm outreach, investor networking, and ongoing investor communication across multiple channels
- Develop end-to-end conversational agents capable of replying, scheduling, nurturing relationships, and offering support with natural, human-like interaction
- Implement evaluation frameworks to ensure quality at scale, including golden datasets, judging mechanisms, and scalable guardrails
- Extend capabilities with applied AI features such as message classification, information extraction, routing logic, and content summarization

- Fully remote and asynchronous work environment
- Expectation of daily overlap with US Eastern time for several hours, though not full-time alignment
- Meetings are consolidated on Mondays and Thursdays to preserve uninterrupted deep work time
