CNH Industrial is hiring an Applications Specialist to manage a portfolio of applications, ensuring service levels and supporting enhancements that align with our business processes. You will join a global team dedicated to our mission of sustainably advancing the work of farmers and builders worldwide through innovation and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Manage the assigned applications portfolio and coordinate with other ICT teams (e.g., Infrastructure & Security) to ensure the overall service level.
- Support solution proposals in collaboration with other ICT areas.
- Participate in projects for application evolution and maintenance, ensuring quality and methodology compliance.
- Ensure the coherence of the application system to business process requirements.
- Maintain business/user requirements documentation, technical documentation, and training documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Application / Software, with proven management capability.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
