NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is hiring an Application Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will function as a Full Stack DevOps Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will implement CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and ensure high system reliability and performance while collaborating closely with developers, QA, and operations teams.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Pulumi and CrossPlane.
- Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Set up automated monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
- Enhance system reliability, security, and scalability through automation and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and DevOps strategy discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on uptime and performance.
- Implement security best practices and assist with compliance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- 15 years full time education.
- Proficiency in backend languages: Python, Java, Node.js, Go, Ruby, C#.
- Proficiency in frontend languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js.
- Experience with backend frameworks: Express.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask.
- Expertise in RESTful and GraphQL API design and integration.
- Experience with version control (Git) and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket workflows.
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI, ArgoCD.
- Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, Pulumi.
- Knowledge of configuration management: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack.
- Experience with monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki, Datadog.
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of compute and networking services: EC2, Lambda, VPC, Load Balancers, Route 53, DNS, VPNs.
- Experience with storage and databases: S3, RDS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, OpenShift).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems: Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Alpine), Bash scripting, and basic Windows Server knowledge.
- Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, firewalls.
- Understanding of security and compliance: IAM, Secrets Management, SSH, encryption, vulnerability scanning.
- Experience with automated testing: Unit, Integration, E2E tests (Jest, Cypress, PyTest, JUnit).
- Knowledge of performance and load testing tools: JMeter, k6, Locust.
- Experience with monitoring application and system performance metrics.
- Familiarity with alerting and incident management (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Slack integrations).
- Experience with centralized log management (ELK, Fluentd, Splunk).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) and infrastructure security.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA if applicable).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, QA, and IT teams.
- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new tools and cloud services.
