As a Software Engineer, New Grad - Infrastructure at Palantir Technologies, you will join the Foundations organization to build shared infrastructure that powers Palantir's core platforms: Foundry, Gotham, and Apollo. You'll play a key role in improving developer productivity, system scalability, and engineering velocity through backend, frontend, developer, or storage infrastructure development.
What You'll Do
- Build software at scale to transform how organizations use data
- Build shared infrastructure that underpins Palantir Foundry, Palantir Gotham, and Palantir Apollo platforms
- Drive investments to improve the velocity and quality of engineering
- Build features to improve the developer experience for other Palantir engineers
- Improve the scalability and reliability of Palantir’s platforms
- Be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from idea generation and design to execution and rollout
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand developers' and customers' problems
- Build infrastructure to tackle identified engineering and customer problems
- Work with a mentor dedicated to your growth and success
What We're Looking For
- Passion for engineering quality, performance, and increasing the impact of engineers around you
- Ability to write clean, effective code
- Ability to learn new languages quickly

- Experience as a former university Teaching Assistant
