Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate diagnosis and repair of appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers.
- Complete timely and quality repairs on customer products.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and care.
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service.
- Explain the benefits of the Value Added Services Process to customers.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to pursue professional development.
- Ability to use the company's customer service platform (CRM).
- Own tools and a truck.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
