GFT Technologies SE is hiring an Appian Developer for an entry-level position within our Semillero Appian program. You will join a process automation team, supporting the construction and maintenance of Appian applications under the guidance of a technical leader or senior developer. This role is designed as a training ground where you will take on lower-complexity tasks and advance your skills through internal talent development.
What You'll Do
- Support the construction of processes in Appian, including business rules, expressions, and basic interfaces.
- Make simple adjustments to existing components as instructed by the technical team.
- Execute basic functional tests and validate acceptance criteria with team support.
- Document developed components.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies like dailys, refinements, and retrospectives.
- Receive continuous training to scale towards greater technical autonomy.
What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of the Appian platform (processes, interfaces, expressions).
- Ability to follow development best practices defined by the CoE.
- General knowledge of logical development or structured programming.
- Basic handling of tools like Postman and simple SQL queries.
- A learning attitude, collaboration skills, and attention to detail.
- Professional in training or recent graduate in Systems, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Have taken or be taking basic Appian training, or willingness to get certified.
- Basic technical English level for reading.
- Interest in developing as an Appian specialist.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Previous Appian development experience (not required but valued).
