Leadtech is hiring an App User Acquisition Specialist - Paid Search & Ad Revenue

We’re seeking a performance-driven User Acquisition Specialist with deep expertise in Paid Search to lead global user acquisition efforts for our mobile app portfolio. Your primary focus will be managing and scaling paid campaigns through Google Ads—including Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Web to App (W2A)—to acquire valuable users across iOS and Android.

Campaign & Budget Leadership

You’ll oversee high-volume advertising budgets, optimizing for key performance indicators such as predicted Lifetime Value (pLTV), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). Your strategic decisions will directly influence campaign scale and profitability.

Creative Strategy & Optimization

You'll define and test creative asset mixes—spanning text, image, video, and HTML5—to determine what drives the strongest performance. By analyzing metrics like impressions per mille (IPM) and click-through rates (CTR), you’ll guide creative development and ensure competitive advantage in the UAC auction environment.

Ad Monetization & Bidding Strategy

A core part of your role includes optimizing AdMob campaigns to enhance in-app ad revenue. You’ll evaluate ad formats and placements, leveraging hybrid bidding models to balance user acquisition with long-term monetization. Continuous A/B testing of bidding strategies—comparing Max Conversion Value against Ad Impression Value—will be critical to refining performance.

Collaboration & Insights

You’ll work closely with creative, data, and product teams, delivering actionable insights that shape asset development and campaign direction. By monitoring technical KPIs from install through trial conversion and retention, you’ll ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns
  • Experience handling multi-million-dollar monthly budgets
  • Direct experience with Google Ads, UAC, W2A, and AdMob
  • Strong grasp of ad monetization flows and hybrid bidding systems
  • Ability to analyze and act on cross-channel performance data
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and performance analytics tools
