Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the product roadmap
- Define product requirements including user stories and specifications
- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure an excellent user experience
- Act as a liaison between development, design, marketing, and management
- Perform market and competitive analyses
- Identify new features and improvements based on user feedback
- Create and prioritize backlogs
- Manage releases and feature rollouts
- Optimize internal processes such as support, QA, and deployment
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with customer support to analyze and resolve issues
- Monitor app performance and operational KPIs
- Introduce and maintain process automation tools
- Coordinate with external service providers or partners
- Analyze user behavior using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Firebase
- Create and present reports and dashboards
- Measure and optimize KPIs including retention, conversion, and churn
- Conduct A/B testing to validate product decisions
- Coordinate closely with management on strategy and goals
- Organize and manage sprint and planning meetings
- Communicate with stakeholders about status, risks, and milestones
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Monitor and manage app stores including updates, descriptions, and ratings
- Plan releases and rollout strategies for new versions
- Manage bugs, user reports, and hotfixes
