About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and supporting the Anthology suite of applications, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring data integrity across integrated systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the performance of Anthology platforms
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users
- Collaborate with IT and academic staff to implement system improvements
- Support user training and documentation development
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Perform regular system audits and data validation checks
- Assist in the deployment of software updates and patches
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support and escalation
- Troubleshoot integration issues between Anthology and other systems
- Maintain accurate system configuration records
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures
- Respond to service desk tickets related to Anthology tools
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and end users
- Support academic reporting and data extraction needs
- Participate in project planning for system enhancements
- Track and report on system uptime and incident resolution
- Assist with user account provisioning and access management
- Evaluate new features and functionality within Anthology releases
- Document technical workflows and escalation paths
- Ensure alignment with institutional policies and accreditation standards
- Provide after-hours support during critical system events
- Conduct testing for system changes in non-production environments
- Monitor logs and alerts for potential system anomalies
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives
- Promote best practices in system usage across departments
