About the Role

Brink is hiring a Senior Product Designer to create innovative, intuitive products for a global EdTech ecosystem. You will be instrumental in building solutions informed by customer insights, initially focusing on design and user research for the flagship Student product.

What You'll Do

  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful, usable, and valuable across mobile and web platforms.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate, moving between discovery and delivery modes to refine flows, interactions, and accessibility.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle through research, feedback sessions, usability testing, and customer engagement.
  • Address short-term design needs while making strides towards a long-term vision.
  • Work collaboratively within product teams alongside product managers, developers, and data scientists to bring ideas to life and contribute to strategic vision.
  • Take full, autonomous ownership of work from initial whiteboard sketching to the final shipped product.
  • Take an active role in the design community, sharing ideas and contributing to team learning.

What We're Looking For

  • A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer on both mobile and web products.
  • Demonstrable experience in UX design and interaction design.
  • Expertise in designing simple, inclusive, elegant products for all screen sizes.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing solid user-centered design practice and execution.
  • Experience running user research, such as usability testing.
  • Exceptional communication skills as a team player, able to simplify complexity, tell compelling stories, and run customer and senior-level calls.
  • Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility principles.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at a CEF B2 level or above.

  • A strong understanding of how to work with design systems.
  • Experience designing and working with AI and machine learning.
