Antech Diagnostics is hiring an Anatomic Pathologist who will report directly to the Director of Anatomic Pathology. In this role, you will interpret biopsies and generate reports, making clinic-pathologic correlations helpful to clinicians. What You'll Do
- Render pathology reports including morphologic diagnosis and microscopic findings within prescribed turn-around time
- Consult with peers, clients, Antech associates, and other medical professionals via phone, email, and digital pathology software
- Participate in Antech Anatomic Pathology conferences, seminars, and rounds using Internet-based video conferencing
- Assist lab personnel with specimen processing as needed
- Participate in peer-to-peer digital pathology consultations
- Engage in continuing education to stay current on new knowledge, methods, and standards in veterinary pathology
- Participate in in-house Quality Control
- Contribute to the training of veterinary students, interns, and residents as indicated
- Complete other duties as assigned, relevant to Anatomic Pathology, Antech, and Mars Veterinary Health
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
- Diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists
