AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is hiring a senior, hands-on Analytics Engineer to take full ownership of our data platform and reporting environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary authority for architecting, optimizing, and advancing our data infrastructure to empower smarter, data-backed decisions across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize all company Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Lead the development and evolution of our Microsoft Fabric environment.
- Architect and maintain the company’s data warehouse infrastructure.
- Design and implement scalable data models.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes.
- Establish data governance standards and reporting best practices.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to define analytics needs.
- Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Continuously improve performance, accuracy, and reliability of reporting systems.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data platform roles.
- Advanced Power BI expertise in data modeling, DAX, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data architecture.
- Deep understanding of SQL and relational database design.
- Proven experience building and maintaining data warehouses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives with ownership and autonomy.
