Commerce is looking for an Analytics Analyst I to solve complex business and technical problems by translating them into simplified, data-driven solutions. You'll be a critical team member designing dashboards and collaborating cross-functionally to empower businesses to innovate, grow, and thrive.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously seek improvements in dashboard performance and automation for scalability and efficiency.
- Support the analytics team by documenting dashboards, queries, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Data Solutions and other technical teams to enhance workflows and share knowledge.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement within the analytics team.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Experience using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Proficient in SQL, with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
- Strong communicator, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and quality in all aspects of data work.
- Enthusiastic about learning new tools and techniques, and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Problem-solver who can tackle ambiguity and work independently to deliver results.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with eCommerce or SaaS metrics.
- Exposure to Python or similar scripting languages.
