Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize key business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously seek improvements in dashboard performance and automation for scalability and efficiency
- Support the analytics team by documenting dashboards, queries, and best practices
- Collaborate with Data Solutions and other technical teams to enhance workflows and share knowledge
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement within the analytics team
